A Mother & Her Son
I know that for most men, one of the proudest moments in their lives is when they find out that they are having a son…you know someone to carry on their name, take to little league and such. Well the little known secret is that a mother has her son’s heart form the moment he is born. I know my husband struggled (and still does a bit - I think I still have a few more good years left) with this fact when our two boys were born. Girls are fun to dress up, they are sweet with everything nice…but a boy with all his snails and puppy dog tails will always tug at their mom’s skirt tales and hold a special place in their hearts just for her.

Patrice, It’s been a fun year getting to know you through documenting Nolan’s first year. Thanks for taking the time to understand Nolan and his sensitivities. Your quiet approach with him really helped. From the maternity shoot to the final one year shoot we enjoyed being with you. Thanks for all the little treats for Jordyn and spending time with her to make her feel just as special as her new baby brother. And most of all thanks for all the Beautiful photos that we will always have….
