Introducing Katy, 2010 Senior Rep from Loma Linda Academy.  Can we just say Katy is amazing.  Not only is she a true beauty but her bubbly personalty makes her so fun to be around.  We laughed as she shared with me that she just got her driver’s license the day before and she was excited about her new found freedom.  Trying not too hard to burst her bubble, I informed her that the reality is that she just became the official chauffeur for her younger brother and sister - ha!  Katy, you made my job easy and I look forward to getting to know you better over the next year.

Andrea is getting ready to graduate from Redlands High in just a few short weeks but before that important milestone, there was prom.  We laughed our way through our shoot trying to be serious but with so many distractions it was very hard.  My heart must have been racing with entire time… there were just so many cool stuff around I ended up ransacking Grandma’s house and just had to have Grandpa pull out his Rivera for us - I think I am still on a high from this shoot. I am now thinking that the old is the new thing right now.   Oh, I can’t forget to big thanks to Mary Lu for ding hair and makeup for us.

I have known Khara all her life and it has been wonderful having the chance to watch her grow into such a beautiful young woman.

Hmm… let me see what I can say about her. Khara is an amazing artist just like her mother.  While most girls carry makeup in their purses, Khara carries around colored pencils - why, because you never now where and when you will find inspiration.

Khara is really a good girl - other than the typical teenage brain farts, she still mommy’s little angel and daddy’s pride and joy.

Khara is kind and caring - I have watched my boys drive her crazy and she always stay calm cool and collected.

Khara is free spirited - well that’s a nice way to say that she is sometimes forgetful.  But I do not see that as a negative… sometimes the smartest people just think differently.  Can a girl get a break here?

Khara is strong - she holds her head high and stands for what she believes (pretty impressive for a young girl who must face a ton a negative influences everyday).

Khara is resourceful - you’ll have to get that story from her.

Well, I can go on and on about her - I just think that she is just pretty darn awesome.  I am proud to have her as one of my 2010 Senior Rep form La Sierra Academy.

It won’t be long before the soft cries of baby Bella will be heard and I am sure that she will be a beautiful as her name sake.  As for now, mommy is keeping her safe and warm and she is getting use to daddy’s voices saying “I love You”.  Just a few short months and hopefully I will get to share her with the rest of you.

Family is important and there is nothing like a happy go lucky family that is full of love.  It was such an honor to meet JC and Giovanni along with their three beautiful kids.  We had the sweet older daughter that is growing into her own beauty each day, the seriously tough brother that you know is a real softy inside and then there is the heart and spirit of the bunch… the baby sister.  It was a wonderful afternoon hanging out at the Santa Monica Pier and getting all sticky eating yummy cotton candy..  hope to share many more like this with you.
