For two days only (February 17 and 18) I will be doing an Urban Alley Kids special. I have been waning to do a few sessions geared only for kids that would be a bit more on the funky side and really focus on their personalities. I really want this to be a fun event that highlights the joys of being a kid so dress them up in what every fits their style (you know the boots they want to ware everywhere, or the hat that they just look too cute in or even that new shirt that reflects who they are right now) Keep it layered, fun, hip, colorful, sassy and urban…..just make sure it is clean with no big logo. I want when your friends look at your pictures in envy they say - “I didn’t know your children modeled for the GAP”.

One of the questions I get asked the most is “How do I present my photos when I get them home?” - Well aside from albums, books and small framed photos, I wanted to find a real good visual solution to show clients how they could present all their beautiful portraits (all taken my me of course) in their homes. Today I am introducing my “Inspire Me Guide”. The guide will be available for download after your portrait sitting. I have about 27 different wall arrangement available and you will be able to choose from only having the prints done, or doing them as a canvas/standout or having them printed and framed (ready to hang). A few months ago one of my clients called excited that her cousin had just become engaged and asked to buy a gift certificate for their engagement photos.

Shanna and Jay were so amazing and such a beautiful couple. As they say the third time is a charm - we had two other shoots scheduled but this is the one that finally stuck. We ran around downtown Redlands dancing, jumping, laughing and just having so much fun. It was really hard to decide which images to choose because there were so many amazing ones.
It is really a great experience to photograph people when they are so much in love.

Yesterday I had the chance to photograph Brooke and her family on her third birthday. We did everything from dress up to bubble bath and in the process I hope I did not feed her too much candy.

Yesterday we had our first day out shooting for our Valentine’s Day boudoir photos and there are some sexy mamas out there. We had so much fun it almost seemed as though it turned into a party - especially when 4 friends arrived - all were nervous but did not want their husbands to ask why so and so did it for their husbands but they did not. The hotel Casa 425 is amazing and if you are ever in need of a local getaway - thats the place to go.
